How much raw food should I feed?
Start with your pet’s details, choose a meal, and we’ll help you plan their bowl. You’ll see an estimated daily portion, how much to serve at each meal, and what to order for your selected period.
Think of this as a feeding guide, much like the portion chart on a bag of kibble. Instead of cups, we show ounces and pounds of raw food. Use the estimate as a starting point and adjust as your pet’s activity, weight and body condition change.
My pet is under a year old. When should I check again?
Growing pets need a plan that grows with them. We recommend checking back regularly while your puppy or kitten is under a year old, especially when their weight changes. Enter their updated weight and age to see a fresh estimate before planning your next order.
As they grow, the amount they need can change—even when you’re feeding the same recipe.
Can I start with a little raw?
Absolutely. Choose a smaller raw amount to explore adding real food to your pet’s routine. We’ll show you the raw portion, the cost, and the packs to get started.
If you’re feeding alongside another food, adjust that food separately; the calculator does not work out how much to remove.
Why is the pack total different from the food cost?
You buy whole packs, so you may have food left for later. The daily and selected-period estimates show the cost of food consumed; the pack total is the purchase amount.
When will my food arrive?
Local deliveries and shipments go out on Tuesdays. Place local delivery orders by Monday. Homestead pickup is available by arrangement. Delivery or shipping options are confirmed at checkout.
How do I store my meals?
Keep raw food frozen until needed. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within four days.
