By arrangement

Orders are normally ready within 24 hours and may be ready sooner. We’ll text you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time together.

Please wait for our confirmation before travelling. We are not a walk-in storefront; same-day or weekend pickup is not guaranteed.

When is local delivery?

Eligible Miami-Dade orders are delivered on Tuesdays, 9 AM–3 PM. Order by Monday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time for the upcoming Tuesday. Local delivery is $8.99 under $60 and free at $60 or more; there is no minimum. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Need help with an existing order?

Send us your order number and a short description of what you need. If something arrived damaged, include clear photos so we can review it.
