Order Processing & Schedule

At Raw Instincts, we prepare orders with care to ensure your pets receive fresh, quality products.

All shipping and local deliveries are scheduled for Tuesdays. Orders must be placed by Monday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (Miami time) to be included in that week's Tuesday fulfillment. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.

Local Delivery — Miami & Surrounding Areas

We offer local delivery to eligible Miami-Dade addresses. There is no minimum order amount for local delivery.

Local delivery is available for raw meals, frozen toppers and mixed meal-and-treat orders at eligible addresses. Treat-only orders are shipped, not delivered locally. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

• Orders under $60: $8.99 delivery fee.

• Orders of $60 or more: FREE local delivery.

• Delivery day: Every Tuesday.

• Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Customers do not need to be home to receive their orders. We recommend leaving an insulated cooler in a safe, accessible location to help keep perishable products cold.

Nationwide Shipping

Eligible frozen raw meals and bones ship within the United States. Eligible dried treats and toppers ship within the United States and Canada. Available shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping fees are separate from local delivery charges and are calculated based on your order and destination. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

For frozen shipments, we recommend approximately 10 lb or more to help maintain frozen temperature during transit. This is a recommendation, not a minimum order requirement.

Shipping takes place on Tuesdays. Transit times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Local Pickup — Homestead, Florida

Homestead pickup is normally ready within 24 hours and may be ready sooner. We are not a walk-in storefront. We will text you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time with you. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling; same-day or weekend pickup is not guaranteed.
