Local delivery and nationwide shipping are two different services. Here’s what to expect before you check out.
Tuesday local delivery
Order cutoff: Monday before your requested Tuesday route.
Delivery window: 9 AM–3 PM on Tuesday.
Exactly $60 qualifies for free local delivery. Availability is address-dependent and confirmed at checkout. Treat-only orders are shipped, not placed on the local delivery route.

Our raw meals ship within the United States. Eligible treats, toppers and extras can ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping charges are separate from local delivery and are calculated for your address at checkout.
For frozen raw meal shipments, we recommend ordering at least 10 lb. This is a recommendation, not a minimum-order requirement.

Do you deliver raw dog food in Miami and Homestead?
Yes. Raw Instincts offers Tuesday local delivery to eligible addresses in Miami, Homestead, and surrounding areas. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability; not every address is necessarily on our route.
When is the cutoff for Tuesday delivery?
Please place your order by Monday for the upcoming Tuesday delivery route. Orders are prepared in advance; we do not offer same-day local delivery.
Does a $60 order qualify for free delivery?
Yes. Eligible local delivery orders of exactly $60 or more receive free local delivery. Local orders between $0 and $59.99 have an $8.99 delivery fee. Shipped orders have separate shipping charges.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Our local route runs Tuesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. We provide photo confirmation after drop-off. If you’ll be away, we recommend leaving a cooler in a shaded place until you can bring your food inside.
Can I order only treats for local delivery?
Treat-only orders are shipped instead of being placed on our Tuesday local delivery route. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Do you ship raw dog food outside South Florida?
Yes. Raw meal shipments are available within the United States. We recommend at least 10 lb for frozen orders, but that is not a mandatory minimum. Treats, toppers, and extras may also ship to Canada when eligible.
