No minimum commitment. To stop future subscription orders, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge through Manage Subscription. If you need help cancelling, contact us before that deadline.

Already charged? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can review whether a refund is possible; refunds are not automatic or guaranteed.

Subscription frequency is separate from delivery timing: local deliveries and shipping dispatches take place on Tuesdays. Delivery or shipping fees may apply to each order.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available to eligible Miami-Dade addresses on Tuesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. Place your order by Monday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (Miami time) for the upcoming Tuesday. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the following Tuesday.

There is no minimum order amount for local delivery. Eligible orders under $60 have an $8.99 delivery fee; orders of $60 or more receive free local delivery. Shipping charges are separate and calculated at checkout.

Local delivery is available for raw meals, frozen toppers and mixed meal-and-treat orders at eligible addresses. Treat-only orders are shipped, not delivered locally. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping

Orders ship on Tuesdays. Order by Monday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (Miami time) for the upcoming Tuesday dispatch; orders after the cutoff ship the following Tuesday. Eligible frozen raw meals and bones ship within the United States. Eligible dried treats and toppers ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and available options are shown at checkout. Tuesday is the dispatch day; arrival depends on your destination and carrier.

For frozen shipments, we recommend approximately 10 lb or more to help maintain frozen temperature during transit. This is a recommendation, not a minimum order requirement.

Homestead pickup

Homestead pickup is available by arrangement and is normally ready within 24 hours; it may be ready sooner. We are not a walk-in storefront. We will text you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time with you. Please wait for that confirmation text before travelling; same-day or weekend pickup is not guaranteed.

Storage & Handling Instructions

Raw Meals: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling raw pet food.

Treats & Supplements: Our dried treats and supplements are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration or freezing. Store in a cool, dry place, such as your pantry, away from direct sunlight.
