Delivery & shipping
Local delivery is $8.99 for orders under $60 and free for orders of $60 or more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Local deliveries take place every Tuesday, and shipments go out every Tuesday.
There is no minimum shipment weight. For shipments containing frozen food, we recommend ordering 10 lb to help maintain its temperature during transit.

Local Delivery
We deliver locally every Tuesday between 9 AM and 3 PM. Orders placed before our Monday cutoff are scheduled for that week's Tuesday delivery.
- Orders under $60: $8.99 delivery fee.
- Orders of $60 or more: FREE local delivery.
Shipping
Orders ship on Tuesdays. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your order and destination and are displayed at checkout.
Frozen raw food and bones ship within the United States. Eligible treats and toppers can be shipped to the United States and Canada.
For frozen orders, we recommend approximately 10 lbs to make the most of shipping costs. This is a recommendation, not a minimum requirement.

Pickup can be arranged in Homestead. Please contact us ahead of time to coordinate.

Storage & Handling Instructions
Raw Meals: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling raw pet food.
Treats & Supplements: Our dried treats and supplements are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration or freezing. Store in a cool, dry place, such as your pantry, away from direct sunlight.
